| Canceling: Less than 1 week before class | No Refund |
| Canceling: More than 1 week before class | $20 Fee |
| Rescheduling: Less than 1 week before class Fee may be waived by RAS office staff if class size is above minimum participant levels (6 persons) |

| Payments received less than 1 week before class (Checks will be allowed a maximum of 4 days to arrive) Sorry, No “Walk-Ins” Allowed Thank you. |

Class Size Limited If Class is full and payment not received, the participant will be taken off the roster and Not allowed to attend. (Checks will be allowed a maximum of 4 days to arrive)
Rockford Ambulance has the right to consolidate (or cancel) classes if Minimum class size (6) is not met. Full Refund given if participant does not wish to change class location or date.
