Our newly constructed business office is located at 8450 Shaner Ave. NE Rockford, MI 49341 (Northeast corner of 10 Mile Rd. and Shaner Ave.). We moved into our new office in December of 2002. Our 24-hour dispatch center is housed here as well. Our highly trained Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) dispatchers are ready 24/7 to assist you in your time of need. Our new Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) allows us to efficiently take the necessary call information and get help to you as quickly and safely as possible.
